2 lb jumbo shrimp cleaned and deveined
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Tones Cajun Season
1tsp Cathy’s Dill Weed
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 large storage bag
(2) 2.1oz packages of fully cooked bacon
Cathy’s Parsley Flakes
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil, mix well. Place shrimp in storage bag and pour marinade over shrimp. Allow to marinade at least 3 hours.
Preheat oven to broil
2. Wrap each shrimp with I slice of bacon and place on wire rack. Repeat Brush shrimp with remaining marinade. Place wire rack on cookie sheet or boiler pan. Place shrimp in oven on lower rack. Broil shrimp for 5 minutes or until bacon is crispy and shrimp are pink. Place on platter sprinkle with Cathy's Parsley Flakes and serve.
