Notions Marketing Unauthorized Adjustments to Invoice

Notions Marketing accounting decided to apply a 5% discount to 4 purchase orders regardless of the memo sent out earlier this year that because of the situation in Ferguson we could no longer offer the discount. Also, took 2 discounts off because of UPC codes that has never changed in 10 years. We (C. Jenkins Company) is filing a complaint concerning this legal matter but is charging that balance back to our account as we are authorized for that balance to be charge to our account
