How do I return an item?
Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after you receive it, provided it is unused and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. To return an item: On the back of the original invoice or packing slip, write the reason for the return and include it with the item to be returned. Repackage the item in its original packing. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of C. Jenkins Company. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card number used for the purchase once the return is received by us. You will be notified of the credit by mail or email. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please include your order number and a brief explanation for the nature of your return. You must contact us within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise returned for a refund must be in re-sellable condition and the sales receipt must be included with returned item. No refunds on custom orders. Defective or damaged products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of customer invoice date. Replacement item(s) will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise. Please include a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the product defect with your returned merchandise. Allow 7 business days for processing returns. If approved, you can expect your refund or exchange within one week from the time we receive your return.
