Roast Beef Panini
serving: 2 sandwiches 
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2tsp minced oil packed, sun-dried tomatoes
1tsp prepared horseradish
1tsp ketchup
1/3 cup red onions
1/3 cup pickled sweet cherry peppers, sliced
Pinch of red pepper flakes
4 slices white or wheat sourdough bread (1/2" thick)
4tbs softened butter
1/2 cup monster cheese shredded
4oz deli roast beef, thinly sliced
4 oz deli ham, thinly sliced
  1. combine mayonnaise, tomatoes, Tones Minced Garlic, horseradish, ketchup, and cayenne in a small bowl
  2. toss onion, peppers, and pepper flakes together in another bowl. drizzle with some of the pickling juice from the peppers; let salad stand for at least 5 min
  3. spread butter on one side of each slice of bread; spread mayonnaise on the other side
  4. sprinkle cheese on two of the slices, arrange beef and ham  on the cheese, then top with pepper salad.
  5. place the other slices of bread on the peppers, buttered side up
  6. toast sandwiches on both sides
