ST. LOUIS SANDWICH
 
 
 
Ingredients
 
8 Slices of rye bread
1 lb turkey pastrami deli meat
1 lb ham deli meat
1 lb turkey deli meat
4 slices swiss cheese
1 small onion (sliced)
1 medium tomatoe (sliced)
1/4 green leaf lettuce
Margarine spread
Mayo Dijon mustard
Gardenia peppers
 
HEAT GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL
 
Directions:
  1. Spread margarine on one side of two slices of rye bread
  2. On unbuttered side of bread, layer with pastrami, ham, turkey and cheese
  3. Place second slice of rye bread on top with buttered side face out
  4. Put on grill until desired brownness has been reached
  5. Remove from grill, flip so that cheese side is on bottom of plate
  6. Take top piece of bread off and spread mayo
  7. Add toppings to meat as desired
  8. Place bread back on top and cut in half
