Seafood Pasta with White Wine Sauce
 Serves: 4 to 6
 
 
 
 

 Ingredients:

 

1lb large shrimp peeled and deveined

12oz bag of Boudreaux crawfish tail meat

1lb bay scallops

1 scallion thinly sliced

3 garlic cloves minced

1Tbsp butter

 2Tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup white wine

1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1tsp Tones Sea Salt

1tsp Tones Cajun Seasoning

8oz linguine noodles

Parmesan cheese (optional)

 

Directions:

  1. prepare linguine noodles (follow instructions on box)
  2. heat butter and olive oil in large sauce pan
  3. add scallions and garlic, sauté for 3 minutes
  4. increase heat to medium-high
  5. add shrimp, crawfish, and scallops, sauté for 7 minutes
  6. remove seafood from pan using a skimmer or slotted spoon
  7. place seafood in a bowl and set aside
  8. add white wine, heavy cream, Tones Sea Salt, and Tones Cajun Seasoning. Mix well
  9. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes allowing sauce to thicken
  10. when desired thickness is reached add seafood to sauce
  11. simmer for 7 minutes
  12. serve over noodles
  13. sprinkle with parmesan (as desired)
