Lime Mahi-Mahi Topped with Parmesan & Mozzarella
serves 5
5 Mahi fillets
the juice of 1 lime
3Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2Tbsp kosher salt
8oz bag of grated parmesan cheese
  1. rub fish with oil
  2. rub with lime juice
  3. sprinkle both sides with Tones Sea Salt and Tones Ground Black Pepper
  4. cover with plastic wrap. marinate for 30 min (3 hours preferred)
  5. preheat oven 375 degrees
  6. place fillet on nonstick baking sheet and top with cheese
  7. bake for 10 min or until cheese is slightly brown
  8. remove from oven and serve
Grilled Asparagus:
12oz asparagus
1Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2tsp white wine vinegar
  1. drizzle oil over asparagus
  2. sprinkle with salt and Tones Ground Black Pepper
  3. drizzle with vinegar
  4. cover with plastic wrap for 30 min
  5. place on grill cook for 6 min
  6. serve
White Cheddar & Chicken flavor Jasmine rice
(4-6 servings)
1 cup jasmine rice
2 1/2 cups of chicken broth
1Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1Tbsp butter
1oz shredded white cheddar cheese
  1. bring chicken broth to a boil. add rice oil and butter
  2. reduce to low; cover with top and simmer for 20 min or until rice is tender
  3. add cheese and stir gently
  4. serve
