serves 5
4 lbs of chicken wing dings
1 cup flour
2 cups canola oil
1 bag(large ziplock)
Preheat oil in frying pan (medium heat)
  1. Rinse chicken and sprinkle with Lawery's Perfect Blend
  2. Pour flour into bag
  3. Add half of chicken in bag
  4. Shake until chicken is completely covered
  5. Shake excess flour off chicken and place in hot oil(you can test to see if oil is hot enough by sprinkling a drop of water in oil, if pops then it is ready)
  6. Fry on each side until golden brown(about 8 minutes per side)
  7. Remove from oil place on a napkin covered plate to catch excess oil from chicken
  8. Serve
